Wearbox provides an online platform for selling underwear and related products. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your country of residence.

You may browse our website without an account.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and update it as necessary.

Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including: out-of-stock items, errors in product or pricing information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Wearbox does not store full payment card details.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
Shipping fees are added at checkout.
Additional taxes or customs duties may apply for orders outside the EU; within the EU, there are no customs fees for customers.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from within the European Union.
Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Wearbox is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or force majeure events.

No Returns / Refunds Policy

All sales are final due to hygiene reasons.
Worn, washed, or used underwear cannot be returned.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wearbox.ro@yahoo.com for a replacement or refund.

Product Information

Wearbox makes every effort to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications.
Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor or lighting differences.
Wearbox does not guarantee that product descriptions are completely error-free.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Wearbox website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is owned by Wearbox or licensed to it.
Unauthorized use of any content, including copying, modifying, or distributing, is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Wearbox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wearbox’s total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations.
Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Romanian courts.
