At Wearbox, all sales are final due to the nature of the products we sell. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear or any personal hygiene products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

We will resolve the problem by providing a replacement item or a full refund for the affected product.

EU Consumer Rights

This policy complies with EU consumer protection laws.
Please note that under EU regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed hygiene products once opened, which includes underwear.
