  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • We ship from within the European Union.

  • Estimated delivery time for EU countries: 3–6 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination or carrier delays.

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and selected delivery method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customs & Taxes

  • For customers within the European Union, there are no customs duties or import taxes.

  • For orders outside the EU, additional customs fees or taxes may apply, and the customer is responsible for these charges.

Shipping Issues

  • Wearbox is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, force majeure events, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
